Dr Hridya did her masters in Ayurveda gynecology from Rajeev Gandhi University of Health Sciences, Karnataka, India. After post graduation she  moved to Dubai and established Dr. Hridya’s women centric Ayurveda solutions to cater the health care needs of  hard working women. Dr Hridya is the first MOH licensed Ayurveda gynecology specialist in Middle East. She is advocating regaining health and happiness by modifying our attitudes and behavior by incorporating Ayurveda principles in life.Her fields of expertise encompasses panchakarma, pain management and Ayurveda cosmetology.Dr Hridya did her certification in dry needling from the prestigious David G Simon’s Institute, Switzerland. She’s having hands on experience in releasing muscular trigger points which brining out a radical cure in various muscle related problems. Dr. Hridya’s Certification in male infertility from the  world renowned Kottakkal Ayurveda School of Excellence, made her to design advanced and customised treatment modalities in infertility.Dr. Hridya is strictly following the proper protocol of panchakarma therapy, based on the basic principles of Ayurveda. Her expert  knowldege  in the life conditions of people in Middle East  help her to customize the treatments according to the climatic conditions and the life style, but not deviating from the basic principles.
